Open the pouch and take out the heel mask. Hold both sides of the heel mask with your fingers and pull it outward to open the seal. Apply the mask to your heel as illustrated on the packaging and attach the fixing label to secure it. Wash your hands after applying the mask. Remove the heel mask after 60 minutes and wash your feet with lukewarm water. Calluses will start peeling off in 3 to 5 days after use.
