Open the pouch and take out the elbow mask. Hold both sides of the mask with your fingers and pull it outward to open the seal. Cover your elbow with the mask on a flat surface, then use the other hand to insert the sticker into the hole that fits the thickness of your arm. Pull the sticker to the opposite side, position it according to the size of your arm, then remove the release paper and attach it. Remove the mask after 15-20 minutes and gently massage the remaining essence into the skin.
